Stop Foreclosure…NOW
It is no secret that homeowners across the nation are struggling with their mortgage payments and are facing foreclosure. New foreclosures are popping up every single day here in CT as well. Besides banks making bad loans which we all know is one of the main reasons the nation is facing such a crisis, the other aspect to the foreclosure trend is that many homeowners wait too long before they take action. If you are a homeowner in preforeclsoure or already in the foreclosure process you need to realistically look at your situation and decide sooner than later what you can do to stop this process and save your credit. With many homeowners we speak with, the problem is that they’ve waited until the last minute to call us and to take action. For many of them, if they had only picked up the phone 1 month earlier, we may have been able to help them avoid being foreclosed on.
It is far better to sell the home that you cannot afford and that is causing so many problems than to try to hold onto it until the bitter end only to ahve the bank ultimately take it over anyway. In doing so, you could get yourself in another home that you could afford, save your credit, and continue on with your life without the banks hassling you. We always tell people that it is better to pick up the phone and call and explore your options now, than to wait unit it’s too late. Don’t be another foreclsoure statistic, let’s stop the trend together.
