Once again you guys KILLED it with the staging! Great tips in the video! Buying the decorative accessories is definitely the way to go as you can re-use them over and over! We’ve found that certain staging features are such a selling point to the end buyer that the buyer actually requests in the contract that you leave certain items in the house! Now that is powerful! Where are some places you guys pick up your accessories cheap?

Hope Dunking Donuts paid you well for their product placement. And nice staging job by the way!

Its very nice, but I have to say it looks a little overly staged for me. (Yes, yes, I know that you clean when you photograph your house but some of this seems a little overly done)
Thanks for the feedback Kristi. To answer your question about some places we find accessories, some stores include: IKEA, Big Lots, and Christmas Tree Shop. Notice they are not high end stores. You could find very nice accessories that look high end but are not! Great question.
